Yoast SEO Plugin useless with Newspaper Theme

I have a problem, I’m using Yoast SEO Premium plugin and it seems that the theme SEO features are overwriting it. Is there a way to disable the in theme features so that the plugin does its job?

hi,
if there are option from Theme Panel to disable those options use theme, if not you need to comment them out from the code.
