Getting this error when trying to install the plug ins:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
I installed the theme on a test sub-domain: http://new15.worcestermag.com/
And now trying to install on the main domain: http://www.worcestermag.com/
I’m guessing you guys are stopping it because your system thinks it’s already activated? I can’t be the first to do a test.
Can you guys allow my activation code to go through on the main domain? This is causing a serious issue as I had planned to have the site done today.
Mike
Hi,
The theme doesn’t interfere with this process, i suspect it comes from the user permissions. Backup your database and try the solution provided here – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-admin-you-do-not-have-sufficient-permissions-to-access-this-page – http://screencast.com/t/Hq6wNurDQ3
You can also find a video guide here – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwuWEiK0gSg
Thank you!
This still does NOT work. I had to purchase the visual composer out of pocket and install it through the Word Press plug in system.
Can I get the tagdiv social counter plug in files so I can add that as well?
Hi,
Is your error message about visual composer not being able to install because the destination folder already exists?
If so, you need to access your files via ftp and delete the js composer file from the plugins folder and thn install visual composer again from here: http://screencast.com/t/AKwnNXEmPW
If this is not the message you get, then please provide more details about your problem so we can understand better how to help.
Thank you!
