I follow the instructions for key creating and I past the key that I create, but on the site I can see the “Video playlistVideo ids were not found or can’t be retrieved.”

Please uninstall and delete tagDiv Composer and install it again from Newspaper > plugins, set the apy key clear all cache and check again.
