youtube counter stopped working with youtube API update. I have performed the steps indicated here, creating an API key etc …: https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ but it still doesn’t work.

Please make a test, set a new api key for youtube https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ sometimes the api key is get blocked. Also make sure that you do not have any plugin conflicts and try to add a new counter to see if the problem persists.

Hi TheZugzwangBlog, if you set the youtube counter as in your guide and the api for youtube is set and this is still not working, please try with an id as envato, check the results.

Simply remove the key from here -> https://i.imgur.com/RF4yWv8.png and add a new key, if the count -> https://i.imgur.com/43ww9gc.jpg to test with other id try like this -> https://i.imgur.com/18YcVam.jpg

When I use channel id url in tagdiv composer I can see a number of suscribers but this number is not actual.

I have searched for an email from the address you mention, concerning YouTube in the social counter. I did not find one, I did find an older email and managed to log in. From what I can see it could be something with the API key you are using.
If I switch to an API key I have created for testing, the counter works fine
