When we place featured video from youtube, it generates huge amount of images in library. and additionally none of them work for featured image. We have to upload featured image seperatelly to make it work.

Something went wrong there, do you have other plugins installed which can cause this? Please try to deactivate all plugin or one by one and see if the thumbnails works fine.

I don’t get thumbnail in featured video. I removed plugins and left just several of them. I still have the problem and cannot handle it.

I think I found the cause, I deactivated all plugins and started to activate them one-by-one. I activated all except of WPML plugins. It worked fine. Afterwards I activated WPML Plugins:
WPML Translation Management
WPML String Translation
WPML Sticky Links
WPML Multilingual CMS
WPML Media
I also activated all of them and problems began. Afterwards I deactivated them seperately. The cause is coming from WPML MEDIA.
What to do now? Plugins are updated.

I have 2 languages, so images should be 2. But I calculated one single image from youtube was uploaded 1672 times. Several of them were uploaded 1200 times, some 700 times and etc.
