I’m not able to get the youtube playlist working on the homepage for some reason. The big video won’t load and even if you select a video from the playlist it will not play.

I checked your site and I found JavaScript errors in console: http://screencast.com/t/IiZTbeKLpmc which means that a plugin’s script is conflicting with theme’s js and causes this.
Please make sure that your check this without any plugins active, empty all caches/purge files if you sue CDN host services then check again (leave just the Visual Composer plugin active).
I have also tested this with last theme update(1.4) and found no issues with it: http://screencast.com/t/zsDoB2yfJD

I’ve disabled all the plugin except visual composer and still the videos do not load. What else can be the issue?

Please also make sure that you use this right using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-newsmag/ check without plugins like Alin suggested, empty caches/purge files as this should work fine with the latest theme version, I have also tested this and fund no issues, the videos work fine.
Check for the issue again after doing this and if is still happening please give us wp-access so we can also check this and send login details via email at contact@tagdiv.com and also provide an URL to this topic or specify your issues details.
