YouTube Social Counter Not Working

Hi guys,

Still really enjoying using this theme.

However one thing that is bugging me is the YouTube Social Counter – I have tried all the different processes mentioned on other topics. But the counter just isn’t updating to the correct number. It just stays on 0.

Our channel has various handles to reach it and none of them work

We have 6,132 subscribers.

Can we manually enter this figure?

Hello p1mag,

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Also, try your Social Counter with our Youtube account which is tagdiv and check the results. If this will work and yours not, it means that your YouTube account is not well configured. Clear all your caches and check the results.
