I have read the documentation 100 times and have made all the updates but for some reason I cant get the social counter to work for my youtube channel. All the other SM accounts work fine. I see the link is trying to link to youtube.com/user

If I add my youtube user ID – qWOS0H-tVHhRUx3j41K6Ug Its does not work.

If I add my channel ID – UCqWOS0H-tVHhRUx3j41K6Ug

If then mixes them in the URL – user/UCqWOS0H-tVHhRUx3j41K6Ug

This driving me crazy. Can anyone help me connect this.

Here is my website.

You can see the the plugin is creating the URL – youtube.com/user/channel/UCqWOS0H-tVHhRUx3j41K6Ug

I followed your screen shot exactly and added – channel/UCqWOS0H-tVHhRUx3j41K6Ug

The plugin is automatically adding the /user – no matter what I type into the field.

If you scroll over the Youtube Counter you can see its still not working.

I have a / before channel on mine and works. So I don’t know why they don’t tell you to add that but that is what I did to get it to work.

Edit: I just hovered over my youtube counter and it shows two // in it and still works. ???? I am going to remove it and see what happens.

Just tried without the / in front of channel and works fine.
