Why is a “Youtube fixed count” function in Social Counter?

Please make sure that you have integrated your API key as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
The fixed counter is a counter where you can “fake” the number of actual viewers if you want.

Hi. I have the same problem than this user.
I have properly set up the social counter, but the YouTube counter doesn’t show followers. The API key is properly set… I have even rebuilt the social counter block… but there is no way to show the followers unless I fix a number.
is there any advice or solution for this issue?

Sometimes the api key is not working correctly, what you can do is to replace the youtube api key, clear all cache and try again.
