YouTube Subscribers shows ZERO in [tagDiv] Social Counter

Hi there,

Love love love this theme. I am concerned that the subscribers show ZERO for YouTube and it is the correct YouTube Channel entered in the [tagDiv] Social Counter

Please advise.

I have also tested this and found no issues with it so please make sure you use this right following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-set-social-counter/

Hi Lucian,

I rechecked all and still shows ZERO – I took screen shots of each step completed – you can see it here:

Hi,

I have also tested this using your youtube ID and got the same result as you:

I have noticed that you don’t have any subscribers.. at least none are showing on your youtube page: http://screencast.com/t/I4zdhUPc that’s why you have 0 at youtube subscribers.
Check using another example, like this: http://screencast.com/t/tGtcCDwVMTa ..result: http://screencast.com/t/n5HhcAUG

Hi again Lucian!

Thanks for your help. I had “show subscribers” turned off on my channel – but have since turned it on so it shows how many subscribers I have:

After doing this, I went into the panel and saved again hoping it would update the subscriber # but it still shows Zero?

Not sure what else to do?

Hi guys,

I’m having the same issue for YouTube. None of the following work for P1 Magazine YouTube subscribers https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOU3Dz-zsXr-GQIJtEK7W_g

channel/UCOU3Dz-zsXr-GQIJtEK7W_g – Doesn’t work

looptelevision – Doesn’t work

https://www.youtube.com/c/P1MagazineTV – Doesn’t work

Please advise. We currently have 5851 subscribers but 0 is showing.

Hi

Please make sure that you’re using V 3.2 of Newsmag theme which is available on themforest and also check if the Social; Counter is updated at v 4.1, this version is included in theme’s patch. Please refer to our documentation for more details in this regard: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
Also checking your youtube channel I’ve noticed that you don’t have any subscribers: http://screencast.com/t/MhRHUFIMD basibaly there is noting to be displayed in this case.
