I am having some real issue with adding in videos. It’s like they sometimes want to grab the thumbnail and then other times they don’t. I checked the URL formatting that is all in line with what it is supposed to be.
Not sure what the issue is here but it’s a real issue as we switched to this theme and it’s not working properly. Any ideas on what I can do to maybe tell it to try and grab the thumb again or anything? I’m not seeing the generated thumbnails in the media gallery either.

This has happened to me a number of times as well. I just regenerated thumbs for another reason. I had to load a photo as the featured image for the video to display. Otherwise, it was displaying a blank placeholder. For some reason the video thumb is not consistently produced.
