YouTube User ID reporting incorrect Subscribers

I’ve had this issue for a long time and in the end resorted to manually updating in the fixed field but….

I place HeyUGuysBlog as my user ID in the YouTube Field within the tagdiv Social Counter and it’ll always report the subs as 86200 when in fact we now have over 109 000. Does anyone know why it’s not reporting the correct number?
