YouTube user id social counter not working

Hi Support,

I am using the latest newspaper theme version, Newspaper v10.3.9.1, and also done setting up our YouTube API key by following the instructions at https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ but it seems it doesn’t populate the subscriber number automatically, though it will work if I set an entry number at the Youtube fixed count manually. I would rather to auto-populate the subscribers than doing it manually.

Can you help me inspect this culprit?

Hi codexxx,
Please make a test and try with pepsi to see if you get some results, if yesis possible to be some cache.
If the problem persists, please make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
