We love newspaper theme, but it is a bit hard to configure and manage web site appearance as a pro like you.
So please make some video tutorials on youtube for us, explaining how tto use your and configure your theme.

But i am looking for one which can describe me Home Page Customization I could not find one among them.

Try the theme docs.
Create a new blank “page” which will be your future home page; then you use Visual Composer to create “rows” and “columns” in rows.
