Hello, I have an issue. On my dev PC I can see everything perfectly fine. But on every other computer browser or phone it’s broken. Here is the issue:
YouTube Video Playlist element not showing feature image of first video and doesn’t play video after clicking the play button. The strange thing is you can see thumbnail images of the videos but even you try to click a different one nothing happens. Please help

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins ( let only tagDiv plugin), also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link to your website where I can inspect this problem.

Having issues with the YouTube Playlist plug in. I deactivated all plugins not related to News theme, and playlist still is not working. Please advise.

Please notice that the Newspaper theme do not have a plugin for for YouTube, our theme have just a theme element for it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/ make sure that you set it as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots or a link where I can inspect it.
