Hi Calin,

You seem to be just beating around the bush. Come on man, it’s just a simple CSS fix. Since this comes withing the realm of your support, and I am entitled for one, I sought your help, as I got too much to do on my plate right now.

Anyway, I will try the solution you recommended, if not will contact your support via email.

Thanks!

Hey Calin,

I followed this tutorial ditto to get the replicate the footer as in your default demo: https://blerd.blog/solved-newspaper-theme-7x-set-up-footer-area-like-demo/

AFAIK, it’s an z-index issue!

Sorry about the delayed reply.

Yes I am using the latest version of the theme, and still getting error.

What to do now?

Hi,

Yes I added that ‘Scroll to Top’ myself, as the default scroll that comes in your theme don’t seem to be working for RWD. Just check your demo installation in a mobile device, you will know what I mean! Here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/

Seems like your theme designer added the ‘Scroll to Top’ button in your mobile theme, but not in the RWD!

Yes Catalin,I am very aware of the demo installation. In fact I’ve already installed it long before at http://demo.marpainfotech.com. But now my site is already developed and ready for production; so I hope you can understand my case.

So seems like without the demo route that’s so obvious, and which I am already aware of, you mean there’s no other way?

Thank!

Hi there,

Just to confirm with your recommendation, I tried this on a Demo Install, directly importing data provided with your theme, and yet I am getting the same error: Just check the following link, you will be able to view the error http://demo.marpainfotech.com/. The issue seem to be occurring with Header 4 only.

Mind you, I don’t have a single extra plugin besides what comes along with your demo import.

Following are my Server/WP configs:

  • PHP: 7.1.29
  • WP version: 5.2.1
  • Theme version: 9.7.1
  • Theme database version: 9.7.1
  • Demo: City News
