If I enter my URL : https://magazin.adeba.de/?amp
it will change to that URL:
https://magazin-adeba-de.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/magazin.adeba.de/?amp

which looks exactly like google stored in the cache

this looks normal

https://www.google.com/amp/s/magazin.adeba.de/%3famp
This looks bad on a mobile phone

If you google for adeba
Google shows you this as the AMP Version:

AMP Paired
Reuses active theme’s templates to display AMP responses, but uses separate URLs for AMP. Each canonical URL may have a corresponding AMP URL, if the content is fully AMP valid.

With the mobile theme active each page will require 2 versions, one for desktop built in any way possible with the theme and one for mobile built with the mobile editor – http://prntscr.com/myajbc

This was exactly my problem!!
I used the pages for designing my categories which was wrong.
I will think now about everything again :-).
