ok i am already understand the concept, i will try your instruction, but meanwhile … i’ve done it with different approach to put text-with-title on top bar area row and put the WPML shortcode inside the text-with-title element (1st screenshot), and the result is (2nd screenshot)

but there is one problem, the row dissapeared in phone portview (3rd screenshot)

already set the css elemen, column, and row as display ‘show’ on the phone portview in the tagdiv composer, but i have no luck

Thank you very much for the answer, but the question are about location on the tagdiv theme, and how to achieve language selector next to search’s function header using WPML shortcode, thats why i write to this forum instead of WPML’s
