After spending some time checking all the cloud templates I then found this toggle button in the theme panel was turned on. It has now fixed the flex blocks that have the correct settings on the page templates.

This is now solved.

Hello,

  • flex block 1 ‘show modified date’ is not enabled and is still not showing the correct published date.
  • not sure why i would use single post date as flex block 1 has the date built in

    An update:

I have realized that I was using the wrong font in the theme. So I am not building all the templates to how they should be with the correct font. Thanks for answering and I hope this issue answers for everybody.

I might have the same problem as you. It is just page templates that are affected but things are fine on an older project I implemented over a year ago. It does appear there is a conflict with page templates loading a mobile template. This is using Google Chrome.

I installed the prebuilt website templates of The Rimont on the staging site of brightonwall.com and it is just pages that are affected. I tried to use other prebuilt websites as a trial and the same issue occurs regarding pages not loading properly. I even tried The Parenting prebuilt template which is what au-ti.com was built on although I have heavily customized it. It appears that pages are default to a ‘mobile page’ which is why they are not loading the prebuilt template of The Rimont and I can’t figure out why this is the case. I have gone right down to basics by disabling all plugins and reenabling them all one at a time. There is clearly a conflict on page templates which I am struggling to isolate the cause.

Thanks for informing me about AMP being deprecated. I will make steps to phase it out.

If you want to have a look for yourself you can see the websites for yourself.

Thanks, that was very helpful. I am happy I now know it works.
