Hi Bettina,
This link states that Anchor & Vignette Ads are not supported on AMP pages, but in Google AdSense Help Sistem is claimed otherwise.

Also when I check “Ad Settings Preview” for my site I can see Anchor Ad.

Thanks for this hint.
Now I’m facing a different issue.
When I change configuration in the Theme panel -> Mobile Theme, this is not stored/saved and is reverted back to default settings
