so i figured where the “mistake” is:

i have set up a custom post template done via cloud templates as default in the default post template (site wide). https://snag.gy/1DCFUH.jpg

once i changed the settings to one of the default templates everything worked fine

just to update. i also tried the book sample plugin by tagdiv. and i received the same errors.
