Table of contents does not work with diacritics - reply

We understand. This functionality has been working also on our website until now. However, out of nowhere, it has stopped, and the mentioned issue arises. Furthermore, whenever I insert a table of content into an article, the appearance of the sidebar widget header changes unnaturally – it looks strange. In articles without a table of content, the sidebar widget header looks as it should.
Could you please assist me with this?
