Installing Demos 'Only Settings & No Content' not working - reply

Has the undermentioned issue taken cared off in the recent update released.

1) Trying to install Newspaper Default Demo ‘Only Settings & No Content’ however it installing demo with full content. Tried other demos as well however same thing is happening.
