is there a more detailed explanation on these filter options?

Include custom field – Include posts by specific Custom Field ( ACF true_false type ). If the CF meta value is true the post will be displayed on block.
Exclude custom field – Exclude posts by specific Custom Field ( ACF true_false type ). If the CF meta value is true the post will be excluded.

And is there a reason why the Flex Loop Builder is missing the “Multiple terms filter”

thank you for the answer, but I do not understand why it should be implossible because both are similar of nature?
It should be possible to filter categories, tags and taxonomies either with an OR or AND operator.
FOr example:

ANd even in a combined version:

yes, I have ticked this on both templates, whereby I do not understand why it is available on the normal template and hte mobile one.
