Thank you @Calin, you were right.
The issue was with the settings of my hosting provider’s web application firewall.
For anyone with the same problem, the issue can be resolved by temporarily disabling the WAF (ModSecurity in my case) for your domain in cPanel.
This seems to be a common problem, so hopefully the TagDiv team will rewrite the code to avoid conflicts with hosting WAFs in the future.

What setting? I can’t open the screenshot. I know this is an old thread, but I have the same problem and can’t find a solution.
