Not really. Problem is that theme is ignoring site wide settings and have this defined somewhere. I can’t find where. It’s theme problem not formatting problem. Formatting is working fine only it is set to be 12 hour format and I need 24 hour format. If I can just find file where it is defined I can switch it easily.
