Unfortunately no, I’m using the beta version of Microsoft Edge. It’s definitely not any extensions because I tested it with a fresh profile and it still had the same issue.

This is really strange, I just noticed it’s doing it with the header too.

But I went to test the site on Google Chrome and Firefox and everything loads fine.

So the problem is only showing up when I use Microsoft Edge.

I was able to resolve the issue (at least for now) using the configuration for WP Rocket found here and installing the siteground optimization plugin (I use siteground for hosting) with only the Memcached option selected. So it was either an issue with my WP rocket settings and/or combability issues with my hosting provider that was resolved by adding their plugin.

Hopefully it continues to work but if I run into any issues I’ll check back in here.

Keep running into issues left and right and it’s very frustrating!

I just noticed that when I load the desktop version of my site with my account logged out (in a different browser) the header is all messed up, the homepage looks nothing like what it’s supposed to, and it’s displaying the mobile footer for some reason. Yet when I load it with my admin account logged in it loads perfectly.

When I load it logged out in another browser it looks like this:

But for whatever reason the Opinion page loads perfectly, even when logged out on another browser.

And as I mentioned, I have no issues when logged in, as you can see below.

I even tried uninstalling WP rocket and using FlyingPress with the same result. Please help!

I use WP rocket but I’ve had it disabled while I’ve been working on the site.

And this is really strange but for some reason today the mobile version seems to be loading correctly (and it wasn’t loading correctly yesterday). And I haven’t changed anything at all since then. So, my concern now is that this issue happens again in the future.

What was happening yesterday is that the phone viewport seen here:

was what was loading when I loaded the homepage on my phone with my wordpress account logged out.

And as you can see below, the mobile page I created is clearly selected under the mobile page dropdown.

Here’s a screenshot of the mobile page I created (what should be showing up on mobile), which is what was showing up with my wordpress account signed in:

Wow thank you! I was able to fix the lines without adding an excerpt by using the following CSS code provided in the post you linked to:

.td_module_flex_1 .td-module-meta-info{
height: 170px
}

Looks exactly like what I was looking for.

By the way are there any resources available in regard to using custom CSS on this theme? I don’t really have any experience using CSS so anything would help!

Anyone? Appreciate any help I can get.

Just figured it out!

For anyone else having this problem it’s probably a plugin issue. For me it was siteground security and speed optimizer but I’m guessing other plugins could cause a similar issue so I’d recommend disabling all of your plugins (outside of the tagdiv ones obviously) and activating them one by one while loading the WP editor until you figure out which one is the culprit. And once you’re done using the editor you can re-activate the problematic plugin until you need to use the editor again.

Hope this helps!

I have the exact same issue. Haven’t been able to figure out what’s wrong.
