Same probleme here : i have 2012 and it is stuck at 1908 !?

Turned out it was because of ovh who deactivated all my outgoing connexions because this option is sending too many connexions out to Facebook… So i Can(t use the Instgram footer anymore. The problem has be told many times here but never fixed.

I agreed but if the theme proposes this it shouldn’t make some issues with OVH 😉
I use WP Cache wich is the only one approved by the theme, btw.

Hello, this isn’t working for me, i pasted the gtag.js in the Analytics section of the theme panel, but i still have 0 on my google analytics since.

But why isn’t there a cache mode for those officials plugins ?
We paid for them, I need them on my website, i didn’t have any problemes so far with free themes. I think the developpers have to fix some issues with this plugins, “turning them off” is not a satisfying solution for customers.

For the post likes and shares on the post only or the social counter (in the sidebar, only the number of followings) also ?

Hello, thank you but ovh tells me this is only because of facebook, so i disabled the “like” button on my posts and let enable the share buttons + social counter on the sidebar. And i’ll see what they say.
But for a paying theme this is not normal for us to have this problem.

Nope i have the exactly same problem with OVH : they are warning me about 300 requests per 5 min but the maximum they allow is 250.

But it’s an official plugin… Isn’t there anything you can do ?!
If i reactivate it they will close my website.
