I am also facing a very confusing issue here as well that I would appreciate your urgent help with – this current page works fine on desktop (https://flockaero.blog/library/). However, on my phone it shows a blank page with a title – I have de-activated the tag Div Mobile plugin however it still shows a blank page, what is the issue?

Unfortunately, I have had no such luck with that. I have tried deactivating and re-activating all plugins, signed out and back into WP and yet I am still unable to download the template.

Am I able to send you my login details in private so you can check this for me?

I will try the tagDiv composer for sure – thank you for the tutorial link. But just in case, I would like to have Visual Composer installed as well. Please let me know if there is anything I am doing wrong!
