I will but for your record I test same website with another theme and it is blazing fast.

So, I am sure now it is your theme issue NOT WordPress issue

Dedicated! I am using RDS by Amazon and a high CPU optimized instance. I spent over $1,000 per month just to stay alive by using full page caching and Cloudfront.

This is a serious problem. Please take more time to investigate and provide a proper solution.
