Can i make my site like beebom.com (mobile version search menu, AMP custom text etc. U will see screenshots above the reply) using latest version of Newspaper v9.6 with mobile plugin and AMP responsive ?

Also, please give me the link of newspaper v7.2

One thing, please clear some doubts using cloud library templates

1. if i use cloud library templates the site will be work fine?
2. including responsive AMP support ?
3. Page loading speed
4. Full Customization
