It is strange because:

If I use standard mode I do not see this option panel at all. If I use block mode (Gutenberg) idee this option panel but into the option panel I do not have at all “Post setting”.

Newspaper version installed is 9.1 . Is it this issue linked to newspaper or with WordPress?

Sorry but the screenshot you sent me is the caption of the image. I said I do not see anymore the space where insert the Subtitle. The lines under the title.
