Thanks for your reply, Bettina,

Yes, only two demos were flagged to have suspicious codes.

Here are the screenshots.

Thank you for your tip, Anamaria,

I did as you advised but the sticky menu still doesn’t show up as expected.

On the other hand, I tried disabling plugins and found out that All-in-One-SEO is the one causing the issue. I installed Yoast SEO and the problem didn’t re-occur so will stick to Yoast for now.

Thanks again!

Thank you for your response, Bettina,

May I know if you tested while tagDiv Opt-in Builder plugin was also activated? Because the problem disappeared as soon as I disabled that opt-in builder plugin.

Best,
Sam.

UPDATE: I have deactivated tagDiv Opt-in Builder and was able to access the Theme Customizer afterwards. This is even though I did not remove the Leads element, which now shows unprocessed shortcode starting from the snippet posted below:

“[tds_leads input_placeholder=”Your email address” btn_horiz_align=”content-horiz-center” pp_checkbox=”yes” pp_msg=”SSd2ZSUyMHJlYWQlM…..”

Anyway, before disabling the opt-in builder plugin, I have also created a new homepage and imported the Magazine Pro homepage layout and then tried and replaced the current frontpage with this new layout, but I still got the same issue… so it is possible there is some conflict between the codes on the Magazine pro homepage and opt-in builder.

I’d love to know your thoughts on this.

Thanks again.

Just an update that I tried viewing the site again and it is now showing the mega menu properly so I am not sure why it was acting strange earlier.

Thank you for your assistance, though. 🙂

Hello and thank you for the response,

I have actually placed/selected a menu I have created into the Header Main Menu module. It shows when I am looking at the page while logged in as admin and when I am in edit mode… but for some reason, it does not show when viewed in Incognito and not logged in.

Here’s the screenshot of how it looks when I am logged in:

Here’s when I am editing the layout where menu also shows up fine:

Here’s when I am not logged in (I am using incognito) and the menu goes invisible:
