Hey, I solved it, apparently the problem was the html inside the shortcode included a div with a class td_block_wrap. once I removed that class it worked again. thanks for support

when I use one of them and put my shortocode i get this error

Errors at columns elements: 2(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
