Under the CPT and Taxonomy tab in the theme panel, I found the byline plugin and also the default author element the theme uses underneath “Custom taxonomies.” Next to the byline plugin, it says “post” is used in CPT. While “post”, “page”, “customize_changeset” and “jp_pay_set” are all next to the default author element. Could this be the cause why the byline plugin isn’t working? And how could I change it? Because there is a drop-down menu, but there isn’t a way to change where the byline plugin appears from that menu.
