I just got response from Simply.com, who does my hosting. They don’t have any cache in the programming.

They said it could be due to the settings in wp super cahce (delete cache – done that) or my browser. I have also tried emptying that many times.

If i install the mobile theme and amp again. Was my settings as mentioned above not correct or?

That did the trick. I was able to re-activate the theme and now I can’t actually see the update from this to that bar.

Under this support account I can even see my Registration key, so it should be legit and surely Envato is a legit seller?

I have tried everything now – I just can’t get this to work.

I did activate the theme when I got it, but it doesn’t work at all.

I have tried deactivating all plugins without any results, I have been in the root files and looking for wrong permissions, but nothing.

Everything on my site works, I have access to all site and can do what ever I want, but not update the theme.

When I click activate, then I get the “sorry….” page.

You named it as an opportunity that my installation was due to a piratkey – https://imgur.com/rxh5yEs – I can send you the code if you want to check it, because this is just ridiculous.

Can you please give me a fix for this problem. I have tried all your guides, it doesn’t work.

If you can’t help me fix this, do you then know if I can delete the theme, upload it again, i then all the changes etc. i made would still be there… ?

Please respond fast… It annoys me so much to pay for something that doesn’t work as intended.

I have PDF with code, and I have once activated, so I don’t understand the problem, and surely this can’t be a piratkey, when I paid for it.

Your guide… I used that to begin with on installation on the first day with the theme, that’s why i don’t understand why it’s not working.

If I buy it from Envato, don’t you have me in your system? If you have an email adress, u can get / check my code?
