Hi Catalin

Yes that is where we have been changing it. Have used this theme for 3 years so I know how to use it. We have set the required side bar in this section but it is not pulling through to the page. That is the issue.

Hi

Yes we know we can do it this way but we have about 750 old articles and want to be able to set the sidebar in the category template theme options so it applies it to all. When we set it in theme options it gives us the right sidebar but does not show the content from the widget. This has only happened since we updated to the new version of the theme. Any ideas on what could be causing this as going through easy article individually is not an option.

Hello Bogdan,

There is no CDN or cache on our development system (which is the staging setup).

De-activating plugins didn’t help either.

I’ve sent you an email with login details and SFTP details. I’ve reset the development back to 4.6.1 as I’m sure that is more useful to you.

Hello Bogdan,

There wasn’t any modifications done to the theme files and therefore a childtheme was never necessary.
