Hi Calin, unfortunately it didn’t help me.
We do not have a security plugin in this location.
I removed all plugins that were not needed.

Please, is there anything I can do or try, besides triggering my hosting support? because they won’t help me with that! And we are thinking about canceling the purchase because we were unable to use the theme.

I saved a print of the console. Please, see if we have any tips there

Hello, I have the same problem
already excludes all unnecessary plugins
increased memory and time
it seems that nothing resolves and gets stuck on that screen https://ibb.co/bRS7NyK
