Hi Rohnman,

I believe your experiencing an issue which I already reported two days ago. You can follow my post using the following link:

Hopefully the issue is resolved soon.

Dear Bettina,

Thank you for your reply.

Please take a look at this video to understand better what we noticed when implementing inline ads. I hope this will make it clear for you what the issue is really about -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GYLcHbNP

As you can see, the functionality of the ads is heavily affected by the use of the bottom advert. Without the bottom ads, the content is not behaving as it should be.

We look to hearing from you regarding this matter.

Regards

Chris

Dear Bettina,

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately we are disappointed with the support provided. Stating that we should keep our blogs/posts with the same number of paragraphs is practically impossible to achieve. We cannot ask our contributors to do such things.

Following further testing performed yesterday we noticed that even your guidance does not reflect the current implementation.

During the testing we noticed the following implementation:

– Article Inline Ad 1: Is always displayed irrespective if the number of paragraphs in the blog is less than the value inserted in the settings. If the number of paragraphs is less, it is displayed at the end of the blog. This is similar to what you described before.

– Article Inline Ad 2: Works very similar to Article Inline Ad 1, always visible on the post irrespective of the length. If the blog paragraphs is greater than the value inserted in the settings, everything works fine. Problems appear when the number of the paragraphs is less. The Advert appears at the end of the blog but is displayed twice! We believe this is definitely an error which should be addressed by the developer.

– Article Inline Ad 3: This is the only advert that works the way we expected and want it to work. Advert Inline Ad 3 is only visible when the number of paragraphs exceeds the value in the settings.

As you can see, all 3 ads have different implementations! I believe this should be addressed and in our opinion it should be done (implemented) as Article Inline Ad 3.

We look forward for your input regarding this matter.

Thanks.
