I already cleared my cache and am not using a CDN system. Are there any other options?

I implemented both of those in the custom CSS portion of the Theme Panel and nothing changed. Did I do something wrong?

Okay, that is prefect, I also need the code to edit/add to change the black (the pre-hover color) to a custom color please. Thanks!

The categories (in this screenshot “Disability:PTSD, Training, Trainer and Owner Tips) are currently black, then blue when upon hover. I need them changed to custom colors. This one is a Big Grid 3, but I need to know how to do it for all the Grid Layouts since there isn’t an option to customize them like the other modules.
