1) We have added a blank header and blank footer template from cloud library.

Now, when we try adding header logo, it adds. It saves. But when we view the homepage it shows blank.

2) Earlier it was showing three options to save – header, content, footer. It used to show success message for all three. Now it is showing just one save option and when we save it shows success message for content only.

3) There is a option to upload logo, favicon, and other logos in the Theme Panel. We have already done that.
Then we add Header Logo. There it shows option to upload the logo image. We uploaded again by choosing the previous uploaded logo image from the Media Library.
What is difference between Theme Panel logo options and Header Logo?

1) The plugin mentioned in the forum link has been closed more than a year back. Searched many but all are paid. Few have free option but not sure how much they will work. If you come across any, please update.

2) There is a option in Newspaper theme as “My License”. There it shows option to Assign/UnAssign. What exactly is it?

3) We have installed them on the primary domain and then on sub-domain. Does is makes any difference where we install first?

4) On how many sub-domains can we install the Newspaper theme? We have installed on primary domain and 1 sub-domain. Is there any limit?

We tried searching for the plugin that is recommended in the Newspaper plugins page. We could not find the exact match. It shows different results.

5) What exactly is “frontend submission form”? What’s the use and do we need it if we use any Form plugin suggested by you in reply of the above queries?

2) We deleted the wordpress installation and reinstalled it. Then we installed the newspaper theme. It is not the theme panel and the registered theme message. Please reset the key from your end. After resetting, would the same key work?

1) Any solution to Newsletter where we can just accept the email address for newsletter without any third party email service? Visitor must verify the email. When we get email in any way, then its up to us whether or not or when to use any third party email service to send newsletter.

2) We tried “Single Post User Reviews Form” and “Single Post User Review Reply Form”. We entered text but the Submit Review and Submit Reply button was disabled.

Then we tried “Single Post User Reviews List”. We entered a reply. When we clicked on Submit reply, it was showing under the review. But when we refreshed the page, the reply was gone. It is not showing in the Reviews also.

We also tried “Single Post User Review Replies List”. We clicked on the Delete link. It became greyed but it was still showing up. When we refreshed the page, it again became like a normal text.

The whole concept of Reviews in Newspaper theme is not clear. Is it live reviews that visitors can give or is it we ourselves give reviews just to display to the visitors? How actually to implement it?

2) What if we just want to collect emails and then implement or send newsletter later? These email capture must be verified, means the visitor must verify their email address.

2) If we install any prebuilt design then won’t it upload unnecessary images and other data which won’t be used once we make changes to the contents? Can we delete these unwanted sample data?

1) If we are using the Cloud Templates, so can we deactivate and delete the Standard Pack?
