The issue was caused by Google Fonts.
When I disabled Google Fonts, the problem was resolved.

But, there are no issues when viewing on a PC or tablet.
This behavior only occurs on smartphones,
so it doesn’t seem to be a problem with image optimization or similar factors.

It seems strange that the top part of the page, which should have already loaded, is being re-rendered.

What could be causing this?
