Yes, I looked in the documentation first. There is lots of information there, but the majority deals with AdSense, which I do not use.

There is a small section dealing with non-AdSense ads, and that deals mostly with how to hide certain ads on certain devices. There is nothing there regarding ad sizes, CSS selectors and how I would add space between the ad and the content beneath, which was my original question.

The problem with that is that these posts have no images, and thus the first image in a post would not apply. Is the expectation that every post must have an image, or is there some fallback method for posts without images? Is there any layout option that features only post titles without a thumbnail? Or a way to filter posts based on whether or not they have an image?
