sort posts alphabetically - reply

Maybe that post was a little misleading… These posts are going to be posted on a “category”. How can you access these sort functions to be alphabetically it only currently allows the following under category from onsite.

I have found the block information very useful so thank you regarding that but it doesn’t seem like it can work with the categories
