featured image on blog post does not display after adding mailchimp pop up code - reply

Hi,
I already have the featured image set, but when i add the code via a plugin on the header or through the theme panel i loose the featured images.So far i have uninstalled the plugin and removed the code from your custom code panel.

Kindly advice on how i can add the additional code. My website is http://www.dada.co.ke
