2) on the post settings page, toggle the stuff to “off” you don’t want to see on the post pages

I already did that and it didnt solved it.

3) for the templates/modules, find the “meta” setting to turn off elements for those

Can’t find the meta setting to change it.

Still having issues with the hebrew font.
All the text is still going like in English from left to right including the dots and everything.

I have changed the language of my wordpress back to English and i see it looks better now.
