Hello,

GoDaddy has confirmed that their Security Plugin is blocking this activity. They stated, “The reason why the tagDiv Composer is not working is due to the Managed WordPress hosting security setup – for security reasons, editing of the theme, plugins, and WordPress files is disabled on the Managed WordPress hosting… As this is a security issue, I believe that they would consider correcting this issue in the one of the future theme updates.”. Your guidance would be appreciated.

Hello,

You’re correct. When selecting Preview, I see the error “Forbidden – You don’t have permission to access this resource”.

Hello,

ClourFlare is not being used. Per GoDaddy, “I checked with our developers and found from them that there are no blockings on this hosting when trying to edit theme files or any plugin files. However, there are blockings when trying to edit wordpress core files.”.

Could you please confirm that the Theme is not trying to edit WordPress core files? I assume not and if so, could you please provide next steps to further troubleshoot?
