Thanks….I’ve done that now and the social counter and theme are both up to date (7.1.1 & 4.1), but still no luck. Twitter count works, but Facebook and Insta still showing 0. I deleted the social counter from the page and placed a new one, including adding all the app data for the Facebook feed, with no luck.

How do I update the social counter to 4.1? I currently have 4.0 but can’t see how to update it.
