Thanks for the reply. I think what happened is that I accidentally clicked the “Global” button which un-assigned that template from everything. I probably did it while trying to get to the editor. In looking at everything that might have changed, that caught my eye and ended up fixing the problem when I clicked it again. Definitely my fault. đ
I did find a solution during your holiday. Sorry, just getting back to work and didn’t update this ticket until now.
I started playing with every setting, even if I didn’t know what it did. I found this setting:
Main Page> Flex Block 1> General> Extra> Extra Class and there was a value of “td-flex-intro-classes” in the field.
When I removed it, the titles and buttons appeared all the time like I wanted. I’m not sure what else it does, but, since this was only related to the Flex Block 1 and nothing else and appears to look fine without it, I kept it that way.
Is there a reference for classes in documentation somewhere or just in the code itself?
Thanks,
Don
Don’t ask me why it worked. Since the other posts were showing just fine, I copied the group and pasted it into the other post, and it all seems fine now.
I still think there’s a bug somewhere, because every time I tried it where it was, it wouldn’t work. As mentioned above, I even deleted and added it again, and it had the same problems. It wasn’t until I copied the group from another post that it worked.
Here’s a link to a post that is using exactly the same elements/blocks and added in exactly the same way, and everything appears just fine.
It looks as though you’re using the TAGDIV Composer. I don’t get that option for Posts. I don’t even see the icon at the top in order to launch this for Posts. I see it and use it for Pages and Templates.
How do I attach screenshots here, so I can show you what I’m seeing?
And sorry again for the autocorrect errors. The above sentence, “Although it does seem weird that I have through a more complicated process.” should read,”Although it does seem weird that I have to do a more complicated process.”
Above should have been that I chose the one with the red icon. Sorry for the typo.
I’ll give your suggestion a shot a little later today. It’s 7:30 AM where I am, and I’m about to be inundated with meetings. :-O
Although it does seem weird that I have through a more complicated process. I did the same thing on other posts by just dragging the red “Posts” icon to where I want it in the post, select my filter for the content I want, and, boom, it works just fine. Happy to play around though.
Thanks,
Don
Looks like it’s an Otter block. When I click on the plus sign, then search for “posts”, the one I chose has a res icon. Does that help?
Drag and drop from the list on the left. Are there other ways?
