That code am using is to remove the spacing on block 9 and 17 if not wrong, i did not need the spacing between titles.

I have changed the format abit, for the popular articles am using block 7, i have set the block not to display posts from category(-9, -23) but as u can see, this post; https://kenyannews.co.ke/jobs/un-wfp-somalia-national-administration-officer-job-in-nairobi-kenya-1046/ is from category 9. As i have pointed out on my previous comment, i have set everything under theme panel correctly.

Hi, Hope you are fine, currently i have had a lot of issue with the theme on my site – kenyannews.co.ke. I had the index.php generating alot of processes on my server. We tried to solve the issue with my host we could not, upon changing the theme the processes disappeared. so i deleted everything on the server and database, i have been setting the theme again and all does not seem well, like i was creating a page and a link with this format came up. https://kenyannews.co.ke/index.php/latest/

other issue are like the default color of the theme is white, eg the block titles are white instead of the default color, etc

Is there a way i can display popular post for seven days using the inbuilt theme display without showing the view count on each post?

question two: is it possible to use jetpack popular posts plugin to display only the popular posts in 24/48 hours in a certain category only? I have tried to display only the popular posts in certain category and failed.

And is there away i can set categories to show post number differently, Like on Jobs category to show 20 posts and on politics category to show 30 posts? Instead of them being same under wordpress – setting – reading – Blog pages show at most (eg 20) posts
